| ITB BERLIN CONVENTION 2024 TAKES ON A PIONEERING ROLE | Themed "Pioneer the Transition in Travel & Tourism. Together.", the ITB Berlin Convention 2024 looks at a tourism industry in transition.
From 5 - 7 March, the approximately 24,000 expected convention visitors will find ideas and inspiration on current topics and challenges in 17 themed tracks and on four live stages with numerous experts from business, politics and science.

| The "Future Track" will shed light on innovative business strategies facing technological and economic challenges. The presentations by Glen Fogel (CEO, Booking), Charuta Fadnis (Senior Vice President, Research and Product Strategy, Phocuswright) and Jeremy Sampson (CEO, The Travel Foundation), among others, promise exciting insights.
| Tourism's responsibility for biodiversity and climate justice will be the focus of the "Responsible Tourism Track", which will present practical, sustainable solutions. Speakers include Bruno Oberle (President World Resources Forum Association and Former Director General International Union for Conservation of Nature) and Külli Kraner (Head of Tourism, Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications).

Strategies to combat the shortage of skilled workers are the focus of the "Future Work Track". Topics such as recruiting and employee retention will be discussed by Corne Dejkmans (Research Director Academy for Tourism, Breda University of Applied Science) and Bonita Grupp (Managing Director, Trigema).
