Plastic manufacturer establishing Lancaster County facility

The Charlotte-based company is investing $1.5 million in a new, 15,000-square-foot facility in Indian Land expected to create 21 jobs. Operations are projected to be online by the fourth quarter of 2021.

S.C. reservoir owners advised to lower water levels

DHEC says owners and operations of state reservoirs should check their dams and begin lowering water levels in preparation for rainfall from Hurricane Sally. The agency will contact dam owners as needed via emergency notifications.
