Enel offers a novel retail model for its renewable assets

Installers are seeing increased module pricing stemming primarily from regulatory trade actions that have reduced the availability of module imports and increased module pricing.
Both projects will use solar modules provided by First Solar and are supported by PPAs with Verizon Communications.

Ingeteam offers a comprehensive suite of Low and Medium Voltage full power converters and INDAR generators for wind turbines up to 18 MW.

The tech demo will use batteries from Sunverge Energy Inc. and Mesa Technical Associates to support ongoing grid management.
The awards were made to projects in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan and New York.
The venture aims to enable customers to buy renewable energy directly from Enel's generation assets without having to make a long-term financial commitment through a more conventional PPA.
The FERC action recognizes that while IBRs produce power like synchronous generators, they do not react to grid disturbances in the same way.
