To All TD Place Insiders,

Weve just received some unfortunate news.

The group Alabama is having to cancel both concerts this weekend on their current 50th anniversary tour in Canada: July 19 at TD Place Stadium in Ottawa, ON and also July 20, Big Sky Music Festival in Oro-Medonte, ON. Co-founder and lead vocalist Randy Owen is suffering from severe vertigo and migraines.  Randy is currently under doctors care and being treated.

We hope to return to both Ottawa and Oro soon, and apologize to all of the fans for not being able to perform.

Refund Information:

Online or By Phone
Customers who paid online or over the phone via Credit Card will be automatically refunded on Thursday, July 18th.  The refund will take a few days to appear on your statement, depending on your banks policies and processing times.

Credit Card
Customers who used a credit card in person at the Box Office will also be automatically refunded on July 18th. Please note this does NOT include Visa Debit cards used in person.

Cash, Debit or VISA Debit
Customers who used cash, debit, or VISA Debit in person must return their tickets to TD Place Box Office for a refund. We ask that any such customers do such before August 16th, 2019.

Please be advised that the Box Office Hours are Monday Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM 5 PM.
