This eight-week program covers a bit of everything I have done in my fitness career. Yes, we’ll do the heavy lifting it takes to sculpt champion arms, if that’s what you want to do, but you’ll also do timed track workouts, yoga and stretching as well as exercises to work your core and glutes. You’ll do the workouts at home, some at the gym (if possible) and some outside. It’s a well-balanced, full-body program, and you only need a few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands and a pull-up bar to get going.
As a Figure pro, my goal was always to be the best, and I had that mindset and was motivated by that every single day. For me, scheduling, intention setting, eating healthy and having a good support system in place are central to a training and fitness lifestyle and still as important now as during my competition days. I love what I do, and I love that I’m able to coach others to build healthy habits, enjoy their workouts more and get lasting results.
