Cantina 76 expanding Main Street location

The expansion of the Main Street Cantina 76 will add 30 more seats and create space for private parties, according to a news release. The expansion is expected to be complete in spring 2020.

Packaging manufacturer locating to Fairfield County

Ohio-based Pharmacy-Lite Packaging expects to create 33 jobs at its manufacturing facility and distribution center on U.S. Highway 321 South near Winnsboro. 

N.C.-based developer acquires Taylor Street office building

LDJ Global Strategies, headquartered in Greensboro, has acquired a 65,400-square-foot building at 500 Taylor St., at the corner of Huger and Taylor streets. CBRE will manage the leasing of 50,000 square feet of available office space. LDJ Global Strategies is planning extensive improvements in 2020.

S.C. students selected for U.S. Senate Youth Program

In addition to an intensive week in Washington D.C. to learn about the operations of the federal government, the students will receive a $10,000 college scholarship. 

Hemp processing plant opening in Dorchester County

Magnolia Botanicals, a joint venture between S.C.-based Blue Water Green Bridge LLC and United Cannabis Corp., plans to establish a 25,000-square foot industrial hemp processing plant in Dorchester County.
