Good Tuesday morning! It's a sticky one out there. Here's the digest:

2. Talk of police-reform legislation has intensified since last week's fatal police shooting of Philando Castile. (MPR News)

3. Minnesota House Speaker Kurt Daudt had his finger on the button, a new "master mute" button, during a key point of the 2016 session. (MinnPost)

4. Bernie Sanders will reportedly endorse presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton today during a rally in New Hampshire. (Washington Post)

5. Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump says he's the "law and order" candidate. (Politico)
