1. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said Wednesday that he will not file charges against the two police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Jamar Clark last November. He said the police shot after Clark went for one officer’s gun, and that there was no evidence that Clark was handcuffed when he was shot. (MPR News)

2. Reaction to Freeman’s announcement came quickly, and much of it was negative, especially from people involved in the Black Lives Matter movement, who questioned the evidence cited by Freeman and the ability of the Minneapolis Police Department to be fair to people of color. (Star Tribune)

3. Sen. Marco Rubio’s campaign is asking Minnesota Republican officials not to release the delegates that Rubio won in the state’s caucuses earlier this month. The move comes after Rubio’s Minnesota chair announced earlier this week that he will now back Ted Cruz for the GOP nomination. (Star Tribune)

4. Donald Trump said if abortion is declared illegal a woman who has one should be punished. Then he walked that back. (NBC News)

5. A new analysis says that by the end of the century sea level rise due to climate change could be twice as much as previous estimates have predicted. That would put many of the world’s major cities under water. (New York Times)
