Appreciate Your Talents | Capricorn Horoscope January 25, 2018 You could feel pleased with your abilities at work or play today. Whatever activity you engage in may seem easy, and this may make you feel more competent as a result. This would be a wonderful time to focus on and appreciate your talents. You might consider making a list of all the things you have to offer today to the people in your life. Perhaps you can view yourself from the position of a child looking up to an adult. Imagine that from this vantage point you can see everything that makes you great in the eyes of that child. It might be your speed and agility, or it could be your wit and creativity. Relish the feeling you get when you are looked up to, and when you are ready, let yourself feel this admiration for yourself. You may notice that this exercise helps you feel good about your abilities. Learning to admire our talents allows us to feel confident in everything we do. There are times when we may feel awkward or uncertain about our abilities because we fear that others will be jealous of us and our skills. When we let this happen, we devalue the gifts we have received from the universe. By recognizing our own value, however, we learn that everything we do has a higher purpose. Appreciating our talents lets us acknowledge that they are an integral part of our lives.
