Or, if spending time alone is physically impossible, you may need to take charge of your day so that you make time to relax. It may seem like you are mired in duties today, but remember that you can always choose to exercise another option. The decision is yours to make because this is your life.
Acknowledging that you have sole power over your destiny allows you to use your personal power to design your life. Accepting your power gives you the confidence to make choices about how you want to live. This you a chance to explore your potential because you are free from the fear that someone or something can prevent you from having what you want. You can then embark upon a self-charted path where your thoughts create the reality you want. You'll be more driven than ever to pursue your goals when you realize that you can create success. Decide how you wish to spend today, make that desire a reality, and feel empowered because you are choosing how you want to live.
