You may find that making it a point to connect with the part of yourself that is linked to the inner wisdom of your spirit might in turn also help you to see your place in the world. Maybe this would be a good time to take note of the observations that come up during your periods of quiet reflection or meditation. If you can, you may want to take a few minutes to write out any ideas that you had -- without editing or censoring your thoughts -- even if your thoughts may seem disconnected or random. Try not to review your writing right away, using your writing instead as a means merely to record your ideas today.
