Present With The Future | Capricorn Horoscope December 11, 2020 Your apprehension about the outcome of upcoming projects could make you feel restless today. Since you might be focusing on the future, you could be imagining the things that can go wrong and letting those thoughts affect what you are doing in the present. Being able to focus on yourself and the things that are happening now may alleviate some of your anxiety about the future. Perhaps you can look back at a time in your life when you were worried about something that you feared would go wrong but didn't. As you picture yourself at that time, think about the physical and emotional tension you had about the outcome and how much time you spent planning for something that never happened. Using your memories of such events to remind yourself that not everything turns out the way you expect may help you stay grounded in the present. Remaining in the present allows us to focus on what is happening rather than trouble ourselves about an uncertain future. The more we worry about the future, the more it will impact our view of what will happen, for even if things work out the way we planned, we have worked ourselves up into a state of worry that is difficult to release.
