You may be worried about your ability to create abundance in your life today. Perhaps you are experiencing some sort of lack in your life, or you have obligations that you are not sure you have the resources to meet. The key for you today is to remember that abundance is something that we create or negate depending on our state of mind. It may be a good idea to brainstorm ideas for how you can bring more of what you are seeking into your life. Repeating positive statements affirming that you already have what you want is another way to create abundance. If there is a specific kind of abundance--financial prosperity, loving relationships, or good health, for example--that you are wanting, try to see the many ways that these exist in your life.

Your present state of abundance is the seed from which more abundance can grow. When we notice what may be lacking in our life, we tend to focus on the negative and because of that, we experience more lack. If we can instead focus our attention on what's abundant about a situation, our feeling of abundance grows. It's important to focus on how you can create more of what you need rather than worrying about how there "isn't enough" of something. Focus on how you can add to the abundance that already exists in your life today, and that is exactly what you'll create.
