The AACA Museum has unveiled the newest education experience for visitors and groups - The Assembly Line Experience. The permanent exhibit shows how automobile production evolved from one-at-a-time custom builds to mass production via the assembly line process. The display will challenge individuals to build on their own vehicle, then as a team within a time limit.

The Antique Automobile Club of America's Library & Research Center has scored a trio of new collections to add to it current extensive holdings of more than 1,500,000 automotive-related documents. The library is free and available to anyone worldwide. Its mission continues to be one of service to hobbyists, researchers and writers regardless of affiliation with the club or not. The centerpiece of these new acquisitions is the donation by Amos Media Company of the library at the former Cars & Parts magazine. C & P traces its beginnings back to 1957. A Rolls-Royce Springfield Silver Ghost, purchased new by famed billionaire Howard Hughes during the 1920s, captured Best of Show at the fifth anniversary of the Pinehurst Concours d'Elegance at Pinehurst Resort. The Pinehurst Concours was just the second time the tan-bodied 1925 Rolls-Royce with black fenders and red-spoke wheels had been shown since owner Guy Lewis purchased the car three years ago. The 2017 Lincoln Homecoming will be held Aug. 9-13 at the Lincoln Motor Car Heritage Museum in Hickory Corners, Mich., on the campus of the Gilmore Car Museum. The 2017 Homecoming will recognize the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Lincoln Motor Company, which was created in 1917 to build Liberty V-12 motors for the Allied Forces during World War I.
