Caravela is our interpretation of a Kölsch style ale. Named after the highly maneuverable Portuguese Caravel exploring ships; Caravela is intended to be light, crisp, and easy drinking.

Brewed with Pilsner malt to impart a light breadiness, and Noble hops for a slight bitterness. Caravela was fermented with a German yeast strain, and conditioned at lower temperatures to create an ultra smooth finish. At a crushable 5.5% ABV, Caravela is the perfect beer to take on your next adventure.

Not to mention, it's a great beer to pair with our hand-tossed pizzas!
