The $300,000 guaranteed CPPT $1,100 buy-in no-limit hold’em event has three starting flights on offer from Sept. 19-21, each kicking off at 11:10 AM. Day 2 players will return at the same time on Sept. 22 to battle it out for the title, and the trophy.
This will mark the 15th CPPT Venetian main event. Fourteen are already in the books, with CPPT all-time money leader Jon Turner earning two titles at The Venetian.
The previous CPPT stop at the Venetian saw a field of 458 entries build a prize pool of $650,360 to easily eclipse the guarantee of $400,000. Andrew Rodgers emerged as the champion with a six-figure top prize worth $103,936 after he struck a deal heads-up with tournament grinder and 2021 CPPT Venetian champion Ankush Mandavia.
