Hello Caregivers!
We wanted to remind everyone that our Annual Caregiver Conference is coming on Thursday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Sign in to receive your bag of goodies starting at 9:30am.
This year’s conference focuses on “You Have a Voice: Navigating Difficult Conversations in Caregiving”. You will learn how to start those challenging conversations about End of Life concerns, legal matters, cognitive changes and health care plan with providers. We have 4 experts in the field ready to present!
There will be vendors from a variety of local services that will provide resources on mental health, assisted devices, insurance, Baltimore County Dept. of Aging programs (Dementia Friendly Baltimore County, Home Team, Maryland Access Point, to name a few), Johns Hopkins Research Center, MD Relay phone service, and more!
Conference is free again this year! A continental breakfast of pastries, muffins and coffee will be served in the morning. A boxed lunch will be served in the afternoon, that will contain a variety of choices. You will also have a chance to win a giftcard!

If you can only attend a few of the presentations or would like to come to talk to our vendors, we still ask that you register ahead for the event! We want all our caregivers to benefit from the
day, in any form offered.
