Hello Caregivers!
Happy Fall! We hope you are taking the time to spend quality time with your care partner but also taking time for yourself.  There are many in-person events to attend this season but also classes that you can join online.  We hope you can attend the Power of Age Expo (see flyer) on October 30 at the Timonium Fairgrounds and/or attend our Annual Caregiver Conference on Nov. 14.  Both flyers are included as well as in our newsletter.   In addition, check out the flyers about Broadmead's Screening of "Keys, Bags, Names and Words",, an evidence-based program, Virtual Move with Balance Workshop and a Caring - Fall Prevention Checklist.

Our Annual Caregiver Conference focuses on how to navigate difficult conversations in caregiving. We are focusing on End of Life, legal, cognitive changes and health care conversations. There will be vendors from a variety of local services such as mental health and assisted devices. There will also be a lunch served.  You do not have to sign up for lunch but it is offered and if interested, a later email will be sent with selections.  Conference is free again this year! We hope you can join us.   Register here

We encourage you to read the October, November, December newsletter  on our website.

Additionally, our YouTube channel is also available to see videos of past programs as well as our latest educational program, Medicare Changes for Caregivers!

Laughter is a tool that we all have access to every single day. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. More Importantly, laughter draws people together. This workshop will teach you the power of laughter and how to bring it into everything you do.
