OSHA cites 3M for willful violations following worker fatality in Wisconsin A little more than a year after a fatality in Minnesota, an employee at 3Mâs southwestern Wisconsin manufacturing plant was fatally injured by a machineâs rotating rollers. OSHA found that the company failed to follow federal workplace safety regulations. Even more tragic: The company completed a corporate-wide review in 2022 that determined the powered rollers needed safety improvements. |
