Jerry Richardson, founding owner of The Carolina Panthers, gifted $150 million to Wofford College, his alma mater, for need-scholarships and student needs today. Richardson’s life-long contributions to Wofford College exceed $262.6 million.

PPP application opens today for smallest businesses

The U.S. Small Business Administration today opens an exclusive PPP loan application for businesses and nonprofits with fewer than 20 employees. The 14-day exclusivity window gives sole proprietors, independent contractors and the country’s smallest businesses a head start in the race for additional PPP funding.
