How does a travel search engine stay afloat when a company like Thomas Cook collapses? Kiwi.com is using a conversational AI tool called Interactions to help improve customer experience, including managing travel disruptions and crises, while reducing the pressure on their customer service team. In this case study, we speak with Kiwi.com’s Director of Customer Experience about their success with Interactions. In other news, HubSpot this week announced its acquisition of PieSync, a Belgium-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS) specializing in customer data. While not directly a CDP, PieSync syncs customer data bidirectionally across software platforms. And yesterday, California-based computer vision startup Sturfee emerged from four years in stealth mode to release its Visual Positioning Service (VPS). This tool uses satellite and ground-level imagery to build and provide real-time 3D AR mapping of cities that understand the shape and sizes of nearby buildings and other objects in the cityscape. It can, for instance, place AR “billboards” on nearby buildings (read: next level adtech). We also have an exciting month for webinars this November. Join us as we touch on topics from using AI marketing technology to grow your business to the 7 hottest marketing trends of 2020. Tune in to also hear more about customer engagement and how it impacts your bottom line! Don’t miss your chance to register and interact directly with market leaders. Last but not least, we’d love your insights on our global tech disruption and transformation survey! Should only take a few minutes to complete, and all respondents will be entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card. |
