The 2023 ACDIS Conference is a three-day experience filled with education, networking, CEUs, and a lot of fun. While attendees will walk away with a wealth of CDI knowledge, we also want to make sure that the development and growth continues after the conference.
ACDIS is please to announce that, once again, we will be giving away $5,000 to one lucky attendee's organization. This randomly selected organization can use this money for continued CDI education, growth and development.

What was it like finding out you were the winner of the 5K giveaway at the 2022 ACDIS Conference?
"Such a thrill of excitement. Knowing the ACDIS conference is planned to be in Chicago in 2023, what a way to celebrate ACDIS with our team at Lurie."
What kind of impact can a prize like this have on your team and facility for continued education and learning?
"The impact is huge. In pediatrics, we have a large Medicaid mix of patients supporting our mission and vision to achieve a healthier future for every child. We are dedicated to train and develop the next generation of the pediatric workforce."
How were you able to work with ACDIS to find the best way for your team to apply the 5K giveaway?
"Laurie Prescott and Rebecca Hendren were so kind to jump on a call with myself and our CDI director. Being a pediatric freestanding facility, we look different from our adult hospitals."
How do you plan to use the prize for continued education and learning?
"We just began to review content and schedule Lunch and Learns with our internal teams. With APR-DRG system, Lunch and Learns made the most sense to support our hybrid staff and provide learning opportunities that are in line with our Vision 2025 goals. We support a C.A.R.E. model, with a focus on Clinical Care, Advocacy, Research and Education. We also plan to use some of the 5K towards attending the upcoming 2023 ACDIS Conference!"
