Tomorrow, the Church turns our minds and hearts towards the subject of eternal life. On the solemnity of All Saints, we will honor the saints in heaven.

In every generation, the saints have shown us how to live out our Christian vocations. From the Church Fathers with their glorious explanations of the faith, to the countless Christian martyrs who have given their lives for Jesus, to the unassuming saints like Therese of Lisieux who taught us how to strive for day-to-day holiness, the saints are models for our lives. 

Throughout the month of November, we celebrate our companionship with the saints, who join us to Christ, from Whom as from its Fountain and Head issues every grace and the very life of the people of God.
