Jean Appolon, one of our Neighborhood Arts dance artists, leads a Facebook Live movement workshop this Thursday, May 14 at 5:30 pm ET. In addition to being the co-founder and Artistic Director of Jean Appolon Expressions, Jean is a successful choreographer and master teacher based in Boston and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Julian Lage Trio returns to the Berklee Performance Center this winter! Lage has been live-streaming masterclasses during this time of social distancing. Purchase a ticket for his next masterclass taking place this Saturday, May 16th, here! 

Lage's most recent album, Love Hurts, is a collection of originals and covers that he finds "heartbreakingly beautiful." Watch the Trio's official video performing Ornette Coleman's "Tomorrow is the Question."

Vocalist and guitarist Verónica Robles, who is a Neighborhood Arts artist, performed a Facebook Live concert with her husband Willy Lopez from their living room last week.
