Jean Appolon

Jean Appolon, one of our Neighborhood Arts dance artists, leads a Facebook Live movement workshop this Thursday, May 14 at 5:30 pm ET. In addition to being the co-founder and Artistic Director of Jean Appolon Expressions, Jean is a successful choreographer and master teacher based in Boston and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Julian Lage Trio returns to the Berklee Performance Center this winter! Lage has been live-streaming masterclasses during this time of social distancing. Purchase a ticket for his next masterclass taking place this Saturday, May 16th, here

Kodo: Legacy

KODO has been exploring the limitless possibilities of the taiko, the traditional Japanese drum, since 1981. Forging new directions in this vibrant living art form, KODO is always a Celebrity Series favorite. Join us at Symphony Hall this season for what's sure to be an incredible performance.

Vocalist and guitarist Verónica Robles, who is a Neighborhood Arts artist, performed a Facebook Live concert with her husband Willy Lopez from their living room last week.
