The minor league baseball team Pawtucket Red Sox have been in discussions with Worcester officials about a possible relocation to the city, but Rhode Island House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello and team consultant Guy Dufault told NPR the two sides are near a deal to keep the team in The Ocean State.
Do you believe the Pawtucket Red Sox will move to Worcester?
Yes. Worcester offers a more urban environment and a growing economy.
Yes. The city will outbid Rhode Island by offering more public subsidies.
No. The team is only using Worcester to get the best deal out of Rhode Island.
