Now at 700 jobs and openings for another 60, the company is also making headway in hiring homegrown talent and luring Acadiana natives who left the area back closer to home. Over 1 out of every 3 of its recruits are hired through a college recruiting program from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and other institutions in Louisiana.
