Has time changed you at all? Seems like it has Facebook, a company that first hinted at having an oversight board back in 2018, but only just released concrete details about what the group will actually do.
The group, made of people from across industries (including those critical of the social media giant, including media and government), will begin deciding on cases in mid/late October.
The group will focus on whether decisions to remove organic posts should be removed. Notably, the entity will not review areas of particular interest as of late: ads or content that is still up and live on the site.
