It’s a challenge that clubs around the nation are battling with – low participation and volunteer rates. In fact, many sports clubs have suffered such significant drops that their club is facing total collapse.
To help our grassroots clubs cope in the COVID environment, we have engaged Sports Community to deliver a FREE 3-part webinar training course to ensure clubs have enough numbers to succeed. The course runs over the following dates at 7:00PM AEST/AEDT:

CoSafe - Keeping our Community Safe
Attending over 30,000 calls in 2021, CoSafe is a City-funded service that keeps our community safe. So how does CoSafe do this, and how can you help keep Cockburn safe?
If you see something, report it.
It’s a team effort between our community, CoSafe and WA Police. Our residents allow for more eyes on the street, so if you see something, report it:

  • Anti-social or suspicious behaviour
  • Vandalism
  • Excessive noise on your street.

In 2021 alone, CoSafe attended 1,450 calls about anti-social behaviour and nearly 1,200 for suspicious activities in Cockburn!
Register your home CCTV with WA Police
In addition to our state-of-the-art control room linked to a growing CCTV network and alert monitoring software, we encourage you to register your home CCTV with WA Police. If a situation unfolds, your home footage could assist in resolving the incident.
Together, we can help make Cockburn the best place to be. Call CoSafe 1300 267 233.
