Following on from the October edition of Champion clubs eNews,
here are two additional items that may be of interest to clubs.

In this FREE online workshop, you will learn how to understand & engage 21st century volunteers:
 
  • The key ways society is changing
  • How these changes affect volunteering
  • What leaders of volunteers can do to update their practices

    To participate, you need to have a computer or smartphone and an internet connection.

The State Government has launched a Back to Sport COVID-19 Relief Program in conjunction with Lotterywest. 

The Club Support component of the program will provide assistance of up to $500 to KidSport registered clubs to help with:
  • volunteer support and engagement, 
  • the purchase of equipment to support vulnerable participants, 
  • the club environment to remain COVID safe. 
     
Applications for this subsidy close Wednesday 4 November 2020.
Information on how to apply will be communicated via email directly to all eligible KidSport clubs or via the KidSport website.
