| | | | | Succession Planning: How to make yourself redundant. Cockburn sporting clubs are invited to attend this Cockburn Community Training workshop on succession planning. What is succession planning? Succession planning is a strategy for passing on leadership roles within an organisation, for example club presidents or treasurers. Just like poor conduct and abuse can occur in-person at sport, it can happen online too. Sport administrators and leaders have a role to play in preventing and responding to online issues.

| | | | | New City of Cockburn Youth Plan - have your say! The City of Cockburn is developing a new Youth Plan in partnership with the Youth Affairs Council of WA (YACWA) and would live your insights to help develop it. A Youth Plan is a guiding document, that helps us plan for the next five years on how we can best support and empower young people in the City. It aims to understand what's important to young people and identify what we need to do to make the communities where they live, work and play, the best places possible. We are seeking feedback from young people aged 10 to 25 who live, work, study, volunteer in Cockburn or use groups and services in Cockburn, as well as parents and caregivers of young people.
