Quick tip of the day

Not everyone has 20/20 vision. Even if you do, sometimes the small print is just too small to read. It’s a good thing you have your smartphone handy. This digital magnifying glass makes text readable or helps you get a better look at a menu even if the lighting is bad.

  • On your iPhone or iPad’s home screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library. In the search box, type Magnifier. This opens the built-in Magnifier app. Move the slider to zoom in to read small text. If it’s dark, tap the flashlight to turn it on.
  • On Android, open your device's Settings app. Tap Accessibility, then tap Magnification.
