Up until now, creators have been responsible for all of the fees on affiliate purchases, regardless of the size of the affiliate's commission.

Effective February 10th at 3:00 PM ET (20:00 UTC), fees on affiliate purchases will be split between the affiliate and the creator proportional to the affiliate's commission. For example, if your affiliate commission is 30%, you'll be responsible for 30% of the fees on the purchase.

This change creates a more balanced fee structure that aligns with how commissions are split.
