A sky-high penthouse atop the Escala residential tower in downtown Seattle, which served as an inspiration for Christian Grey's home in the "Fifty Shades" film trilogy, has floated on the market for $11.5 million. Occupying half of the building's 30th floor with two terraces and up-close views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound, the 5,200-square-foot, glass-walled aerie includes a bar area with a backlit agate wall panel, a sleek kitchen emblazoned with a Moroccan tile backsplash, a jewel box powder room, and a spacious homeowner's retreat with a private lounge and a wood-clad spa-style bath.
