I'd love you to join me on Sunday 12th January for a day of yoga, meditation and connection in support of a charity close to my heart.
'Because We Carry' provides food, clothes and baby carriers for refugees arriving on the shores of Lesbos, Greece.

The event is non-profit, volunteer-run and 100% of ticket fees will go to 'Because We Carry'.

Afke Reijenga, Sandra Carson and José de Groot, will be teaching alongside me in the hope of inspiring more people to open their hearts and move from love.
