After 20 years of ownership, Charlize Theron is selling a Spanish-style residence in the Hollywood Hills for $3.8 million. The actress purchased the three-bed, four-bath home with 3,000 square feet of living space immediately after her 2004 Oscar win for her portrayal of real-life serial killer Aileen Wuornos in "Monster." And over in L.A.'s Woodland Hills neighborhood, Nick Cannon has added a $3.1 million midcentury ranch-style structure to his growing real estate portfolio.
