| | New day, same problems Hello, Baltimore. We hope you’re doing well today. First off, you might’ve seen that our website (and this newsletter) looks a little different than before. Indeed, as our CEO Chris Wink explains in an article below, we have just launched our redesigned website, with a visual identity that we feel better reflects where we’re at as a company in 2023. Do you have any thoughts about the new look? If so, please feel free to let us know. In addition, while it’s far from joyous, we have another article below that pulls from our archives a compilation of prior coverage related to racial injustice and how to deal with it at the workplace. The piece arose from our internal considerations over how to best address the release of the video showing Memphis police killing Tyre Nichols, which inspired protests throughout our markets over the weekend. We offer this not in substitution to our coverage of anti-Blackness as it manifests in our industries and regions (which we do plan to continue in the weeks and months ahead), but as a resource for those who are trying to make their workplaces and cities a more equitable place. If you have any thoughts about the redesign, the resource compilation or anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out to baltimore@technical.ly, and thanks. — Technical.ly editor Sameer Rao (sameer@technical.ly) | | Top Stories | By Explore the new Technical.ly, and get the backstory from our CEO Christopher Wink.
