For the first time, all 25 entries on Robb Report’s freshly updated list of the most expensive homes on the planet carry a price tag of $100 million or more. The handful of holdovers from our previous update include a Los Angeles megamansion, usually referred to as The Manor, that’s now priced at $137.5 million after its Canadian billionaire owner, Daryl Katz, first hoisted it on the market more than two years ago for $165 million. Among the list’s nine-figure newcomers are a 740-acre equestrian estate in upstate New York, a penthouse atop one of London’s most coveted buildings, and a massive, though not yet completed, condo in Dubai that will be outfitted by Armani/Casa. And in Manhattan, one of the city’s best remaining examples of Gilded Age mansions popped up for sale at $65 million. The lavishly embellished Beaux Arts-style edifice was once the home and studio of the late and influential fashion designer Oleg Cassini.
