More Goodtaste This Weekend!
This weekend on a must-see episode of Goodtaste, we start our epic road trip with massive burgers, including one voted a favorite by Texas Monthly magazine. Then we head to one of the oldest buildings in Austin for phenomenal Indian food cooked in a real tandoor oven ... The whole place may or may not be haunted! Lastly, we visit a joint that’s pumping out more crawfish than anywhere else in the U.S. at 6,000 pounds a day. You don’t want to miss it! Watch the full episode trailer HERE.

Tanji’s Wine Finds: Columbia Crest’s H3 Cabernet
Get ready to uncork a food-friendly red that's equally friendly on the wallet. The Columbia Crest H3 Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard Select ($12) embodies the lush softness that we love about Washington State Cabernets. On the palate, you'll taste dark cherries and blackberries, plus vanilla from the oak barrel. For a fun pairing, sip this wine with our Cheesy Steak Sheet Pan Nachos or the crostinis below. Pick up a bottle at your local H-E-B today!

Make This Now: Alamo Springs Café’s Roasted Garlic Crostini with Goat Cheese
There’s something to be said for simplicity. The folks at Alamo Springs Café shared their recipe for Roasted Garlic Crostini with Goat Cheese, and while the ingredient list is short, the flavor is mighty. The key is roasting whole garlic halves, then spreading the incredibly tender bulbs directly onto the toasted bread. You can also get creative by flavoring your goat cheese with honey, dried herbs, or even edible flowers. Grab the recipe HERE.
