Chefs spend so much time in their own restaurants that it is a rare treat when they get to go out and let someone else do the cooking. And when they do, you can rest assured that they’re going somewhere they can depend on for an excellent meal and attentive service. So, we reached out to some of our favorite Alabama chefs, restaurateurs and pitmasters and posed the question: “If you could eat at only one Alabama restaurant (other than your own) for the rest of your life, what would it be, and why?”
