Dear Berlin fan,

Finally it's time again: BerlinBlossom season is here!

The blooming cherry trees in shades of pink and white give the capital a fresh touch of colour. The perfect time to venture out on a springtime tour of Berlin.

Hanami, as the blossom viewing is called in Japanese, is particularly beautiful in Berlin because of the unusually large number of cherry trees here. They were a gift from Japan when the Berlin Wall came down almost 35 years ago. Each year in spring we enjoy the beautiful Sakura blossom again.

Discover the best places for your BerlinBlossom moment on our spring map and be inspired by our springtime tips for wonderful outdoor experiences.
