Today is National Cherry Cheesecake Day and guess what?

In 15 years of creating recipes, I don’t have a single cherry cheesecake recipe.

HOW DID I LET THIS HAPPEN?

I do have a lovely carrot cheesecake, cake batter cheesecake bites, and strawberry cheesecake squares, but a cherry cheesecake?

Not a one. 😢

I need to remedy this situation immediately. 

In the meantime, let’s celebrate cherries themself with some perfectly sweet desserts that I do have. 😂
