Chick-fil-A purchases five acres for another location in Lafayette; Here's where it will land

By ADAM DAIGLE | Acadiana Business Editor

Good morning, Acadiana. Let's get down with the business headlines of the day.

You may remember the chatter from back in the spring when a permit popped up that showed Chick-fil-A was looking at the property along Johnston Street just past Westmark Boulevard. On Tuesday land records showed the popular fast-food company closed the deal on that land, buying it from Goodwill Industries for $2.35 million.

Other details are unknown at this time.

You can read the story here.

Have a great day and see you back here Thursday morning.
