An NBC News survey shows President Joe Biden has a 56% disapproval rating, and 59% disapprove of his handling of the economy. Meanwhile, his job approval rating among African Americans dropped from 80% in 2021 to 63% this year; approval among Latino voters fell from 61% to 43% in the same period. A 14-year-old Kansas teen fatally shot herself in front of a police officer after her family reported that she left home to attend a party she was not allowed to go to.
