Having given her home a makeover featured earlier in the year on designer Jeff Lewis’s Amazon Freevee series “Hollywood Houselift,” Christina Ricci has now hung an almost $2.25 million price on her 2,700-square-foot traditional home in L.A.’s suburban Woodland Hills community. Beyond the refreshed landscaping and flaming red front door, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus an open-plan great room with a brand-new kitchen. Around the kidney-shaped swimming pool are a putting green and a couple of serene seating areas enveloped in lush hillside gardens. Two other Hollywood veterans, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas are seeking $12 million—almost three times what was paid in 2019—for their historical estate in New York’s historic Hudson Valley. A glamorously appointed 12,000-square-foot Georgian mansion presides over the 12-acre spread, which includes an indoor pool and 130 feet of frontage on the Hudson River.
