This was my first trial run to make Christmas favors for my niece's classmates. I would recommend making the triangles at least 3" at the base or longer and taller to accommodate more candies.

Persian and English cucumbers are my absolute favourite from the entire cuke line, but they aren't the cheapest. In order to keep them from going mushy, it's best to keep them as dry as possible. I find they are very happy in paper bags.

Mardi Gras Beads As Christmas Garland

Use them on a small Christmas tree as garland. I have a small tree I put up in my dining room, and I put small ornaments that would get lost on my big tree on it. Instead of tinsel or garland, I loop Mardi Gras beads of all different colors together and drape them around it. They shine, even when the lights aren't on.

I recently raised my computer up with some jar lids. Today, I reconfigured the desk so I didn't have to sit forward and look to the left at the laptop. Doing that made me use the box I had the laptop on under the scanner.

Using Spice Grinders with Hot Food

Steam can cause a spice grinder to become blocked over time. It is therefore a good idea, especially with salt, to grind your seasonings straight into the lid and then sprinkle it from your fingers rather than hold the grinder over the steamy hot cooking food.

I have a small pumpkin and a small squash; they are still in perfect condition. I use them for Thanksgiving table decorating. Now I would like to use eat them. Is there a recipe I could use together or even separate?
