Tanji’s Wine Finds: Joseph Drouhin Chablis

Domaine de Vaudon

This weekend’s finds are all about trying something new this holiday season. Chablis is a Chardonnay that comes from Northwest Burgundy, but isn’t aged in oak like a lot of our American Chardonnays. The Joseph Drouhin Chablis Domaine de Vaudon ($24) is bright with juicy notes of apples and pears. It has a bright acidity so it will be great with cheese, pasta, turkey and side dishes of all kinds. DIY: John Soules Foods’ Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Pasta night is always a hit at our homes and this Italian-inspired dish is a total winner!
