Tanji’s Wine Finds: Joseph Drouhin Chablis Domaine de Vaudon
This weekend’s finds are all about trying something new. Chablis is a Chardonnay that comes from Northwest Burgundy, but it isn’t aged in oak like many of our American Chards. The Joseph Drouhin Chablis Domaine de Vaudon ($27) is bright with juicy notes of apple and pear. Its high acidity pairs well with cheese, pasta, poultry, and buttery white fish.
