Cigna Shareholders Approve $52B Express Scripts Merger

Cigna shareholders this morning overwhelmingly approved the merger agreement with Express Scripts, the health insurer announced.

Early results show that 90% of shareholders favored the proposal.
Express Scripts shareholders expected to vote today.
The deal is still subject to DOJ review.
