Power Modules Provide Auto Traction Inverter Solutions
ON Semiconductor has released the first two devices from its new VE-Trac family of power modules for high voltage automotive traction inverters. These two power integrated module (PIM) devices boast high electrical and thermal performance while providing scalability and automotive reliability to the rapidly growing market for traction inverters, says ON Semiconductor.
2W and 3W DC-DC Converters Feature 20kVDC Isolation
RECOM has launched its RHV2 and RHV3 series of certified, ultra-high isolation DC/DC converters with single and dual outputs rated at 2W or 3W in a compact SIP16 package. The RHV2 and RHV3 series feature ultra-high isolation ratings of 12.5kVAC/one minute or 20kVDC/one second.
