Evaluation Board for LED Streetlamp Designs

STMicroelectronics has announced the EVL150W-HVSL, a LED-driver evaluation board and reference design that integrates features that ensure high performance and BOM costs. As a 150W, 1A mains-input driver, the EVL150W-HVSL achieves full-load efficiency above 91% to maximize utility-cost savings for streetlamp operators.

4W DC-DC Converters Target Industrial Systems

MINMAX Technology has announced its MCW04/I04 series of 4W isolated/regulated DC-DC converters. The MCW04 (shown) and MCW104 families consists of 18 and 12 models respectively, offering 9-18VDC, 18-36VDC, 36-75VDC, 9-36VDC or 18-75 VDC input ranges with single output models ranging 5–24 VDC and dual output models ±12V to ±15V delivering 4W of output power.
